একজন ছেলে একজন মেয়ের প্রতি কিংবা একজন মেয়ে একজন ছেলের প্রতি দুর্বল হতেই পারে, এটি একটি স্বাভাবিক ঘটনা । এটা এবার দীর্ঘ দিনের পরিচয়েও হতে পারে কিংবা খুব অল্প দিনের । সকাল-বিকেল, সন্ধ্যা-রাত সব সময় কথা বলা । মাঝে মধ্যে একটু দেখা করা । হঠাৎ বাসায় নিচে গিয়ে অপেক্ষা করা । সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম গুলোতে বার বার নক দেওয়া । এই সব গুলোর মঝে একটা সময় attachment হয়ে যায়, attachment থেকে ভালোলাগা তার পর ভালোবাসা তারপর যে কত রকমের ইতিহাস রচনা হয় তা বলে শেষ করা যাবে না । তবে ইতিহাস ঘেটে ব্ যর্থতার গল্পই বেশি পাওয়া যায় । তাই আমাদের উচিৎ যখন attachment থেকে ভালোলাগার বিষয়টা চলে যাচ্ছে তখনি আগেবটাকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে বিবেককে কাজে লাগিয়ে সব কিছু করা , তাকে নিজের মত করে যাচাই করা, অাদৌ সে নিজের জন্য ঠিক হবে কিনা তা বিবেচনা করা । সেই মানুষটা আপনাকে কতটুকু বোঝে তা দেখা, সে মানুষটার ব্যক্তিত্ব আপনার সাথে যায় কিনা তা ভেবে দেখা..! যদি সব কিছু ঠিক থাকে তাহলে এগিয়ে যান.! তবে যদি ঠিক না থাকে দেয়াল তৈরি করে কেটে পড়ুন..! কারণ মানুষের নেশাটা খুবই প্রখর, মানুষের নেশা কাটাতে হাজার নেশার প্রয়োজন হয় । তবুও

# দেখো_আমিও_বদলে_গেছি ..! ডিপ্রেশন জয় করার গল্প ফিরে আসার গল্প কয় মাস আগে সময়টা খুবই খারাপ ছিল আমার জন্য..! জীবনের একটা কালো অধ্যায় ছিল..! অনেক গুলো বাধার সম্মুখীন হই..! এক সাথে অনেক গুলো ঘটনা ঘটে আমার সাথে, যার কারণে জীবন পুরোটা এলো মেলো হয়ে যায়..! কোন কিছুতেই মন নেই..! না কাজে, না পড়াশুনায় ..! মনে হচ্ছিল এখানেই সব শেষ...! সব কিছু থেকে দূরে ছেড়ে চলে গিয়েছিলাম..! এখনো দূরেই..! তবে বেশি দূরে আর নেই..! ডিপ্রেশন, অনিদ্রা ভেতরে একটা হাহাকার কাজ করতো..! যারা আমার সাথে অনেক বছর ধরে আছেন বা অনেক কাছ থেকে দেখেছেন তারাই কেবল জানেন..! একটা সময় সব কিছু ছেড়ে দিলাম..! তারপর শুরু থেকে আবার সব শুরু করলাম..! আস্তে আস্তে নিজেকে ঠিক করার মিশন শুরু করলাম..! এবং এখন পর্যন্ত আমি সফল..! অনেকটাই রিকভার হয়ে গিয়েছি..! আসলে মানুষের নেশাটা, মাদকের চেয়েও ভয়ংকর..! ------- ডিপ্রেশন থেকে মুক্তি পেতে হলে আমি যে সকল সাজেশন দিবো..! ডিপ্রেশন অনেকটাই চুইংগামের মত, চিবাইতে চিবাইতে তেতো হয়ে যায় । আর আমাদের সমস্যা হলো আমরা সেই তেতো চুইংগামটাই চিবাইতে থাকি চিবাইতে থকি এবং চিবাইতে থাকি...! তাই সর্ব প্রথম থুঃ
